Take Rest

Have you ever been so exhausted that the moment your head hits the pillow, you’re out like a light? That deep, uninterrupted sleep that leaves you feeling fully refreshed the next morning is one of life’s simple yet profound gifts. It’s amazing how restorative physical rest can be for our bodies. But have you ever stopped to think about the rest your soul needs?

Physical tiredness is a common part of life, but spiritual exhaustion can weigh even heavier on us.
